Katie Holmes' Vitamin B: Bucket-Loads of Broccoli

Katie Holmes, the sensation of the teen drama “Dawson’s Creek”, has recently made her Broadway debut, reviving “All My Sons”, by Arthur Miller. The 29-year-old actress was looking better than ever. How did she make disappear 18 kilos after having a baby? What is she eating exactly?
Katie Holmes lost a lot of weight in little time. According to reports, she followed a very restrictive diet, also known as KH diet. Even though it’s kind of strict, at least it’s very simple. It includes three things: at breakfast, a bowl of carrot soup, raw organic broccoli for lunch, and for dinner, raw organic broccoli with tofu, and sometime steamed fish. Sources say that she and her husband “are buying organic broccoli by the bucket-load”. Amazingly, the actress finds the energy to exercise. She runs for miles each day, probably to keep her mind of the hunger, considering the limited “French” menu. The actress said her family always encouraged her to go exercise constantly. “We go running on Thanksgiving – I mean, what family does that? My dad is really ambitious and makes us all go”, said Katie. It seems her eating plan was recommended by Katie’s friend, Victoria Beckham, who, we know, is extremely thin.
Diet experts believe that Katie Holmes has a body perfectly proportioned to her weight and height. We don’t really recommend the KH diet, but one thing we do know: veggies are always healthy! ©2008 Project Weight Loss. All rights reserved.
