Alicia Keys: How to Have the Body of a Winner?

She’s a Grammy award-winning singer and songwriter and five times nominated for the American Music Awards.  But Alicia Keys not only has an amazing voice, she also looks like a winner.  What’s her secret?

 

The 5-Factor Diet is no secret anymore, so we kind of know how she keeps fit.  Harley Pasternak, the celebrity fitness trainer, helps Alicia Keys to keep her body sexy, and her curves appealing.  The 27-year-old singer is very satisfied with her diet.  "With Harley's plan, the focus is not on starving yourself but on healthful living so you don't feel like you're missing out on the foods you love.  Once you get started, you get addicted to looking, feeling, and living your best," she said.

 

Alicia Key’s diet is healthy.  She eats a lot of salads and avoids milk and red meat.  The five meals a day is one the things she likes about this diet because it proves she doesn’t have to starve herself to look good.  Eating well and healthy is always a better solution to lose weight.

 

When it comes to working out, the singer loves exercising outside, not in a gym.  She enjoys running, trails, hiking, and swimming.  “I like when it’s warm, if I can just hit a city block or hit a block, it gives me something to really concentrate on.  And it’s time alone, so I really like that a lot,” said the singer.  Alicia Keys’ work out is all about sun and warmth, as her music.
