The beautiful Jennifer Aniston will be starring in a new romance movie, “Marley and Me”. The premiere will take place on the 25th of December 2008 and the actress is looking better than ever. Jennifer Aniston has a great acting career and an amazing body. So, what is she doing right? How did she manage to keep her body fit and transform it into a hotter one after breaking up with Brad Pitt? Looks like Jennifer Aniston really believes in the Zone Diet to control her weight. The 40-year old actress is the envy of many women. The actress started using the Zone Diet when starring in the “Friends” series. This diet is supposed to burn fat by tuning up the metabolism. This means vegetables and low-starch fruits will be on the list of carbs. Also, healthy fats are recommended by its founder, Dr. Barry Sears. This is a diet that proposes a ratio of 30% protein such as fish and chicken, 40% carbohydrates, and 30% healthy, found in fish and nuts. Proportions are essential as its secret is to learn how much food is enough for your body. As for exercising, she practices Yoga at home, three times a week, with her private instructor Mandy Ingber. His lessons are custom-designed in order to fit Jennifer’s body and state of mind. The yoga classes build her extra strength and keep her muscles lean. The actress also does cardio. She runs 20 minutes on the treadmill to warm up before entering the “yoga zone”. Even if she seems perfect, let’s not forget Jennifer Aniston is human so she indulges herself a Mexican treat, once in a while.
