Robert Pattinson Loves his "Full Cheeseburger Diet"
By Alice Mitchell, Project Weight Loss Editor
November 18, 2008

He’s only 22 years old and already has the entertainment world at his feet. Fans love this “vampire” hunk and journalists write hundreds and hundreds of articles about him. Robert Pattinson has it all, except a shirtless scene in “Twilight”.

The “Twilight” premiere took place on Monday and brought the young wanna-be couple Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in the media’s attention. The 22-year-old actor revealed his main reason for accepting the part in the movie was Kristen and the chemistry he felt between them.

Also known for his Cedric Diggory role from Harry Potter, Robert got his “hunk” image only recently. The “Twilight” included a shirtless scene but the director decided to cut it because be thought Robert was too thin. That wasn’t good news for the actor because he prepared hard for the scene, thinking he’s got to look “moony” and have a “God-like figure”, as Robert described his Edward character. “I thought there was no way I could play him, really,” he admitted.

So, Robert decided to give up regular meals and beer to better fit the description of the “toned vampire”. He began kickboxing three hours and jogging for two hours each day. Robert was hoping that “when I took off my shirt, I would look like an alien. I thought that kind of worked for the story. The idea of taking my shirt off and looking like some sort of Adonis …”

Unfortunately, the director thought he lost too much weight and decided to cut the scene. Once this happened, Robert went back to putting weight the old fashioned way: “a full cheeseburger diet”. He may not have the “Adonis” look, but he sure is loveable.

*Edit Oh my god! I spent about 3 days (after watching Robert in the movie Twilight), why he looks sooo different now (his face) and not so hot as he did in the movie. I finally figured out. Thing is he said he used to be a model when he was a kid, right? Then he said after he got older, people didn\'t call him any more becuase his looks weren\'t so soft. Well, what i discovered ,by looking at tons of pictures and comparing this with now and then, is that he has a problem. If he gains some weight (which he did after the movie), then his face looks round, the chick bones are gone, the bonny forehead gets fill and the strong prominent eye browns (thanks to the bones on them), disappear. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> This is why he was saying that he was exercising before the movie--to lost weight mostly--not to look tone. I say this because on an interview he said he want back to eating cheese burgers, etc.... HELLO? eating? Any guy who goes to the gym on a regular basics know that to get more muscle you need to eat more. Robert acutally was trying to lose weight. It is thanks to the fact he lost weight that his face looks so amazingly beautiful on the movie. He knows this. This is why he said he though \"there was not way\" he could get the part. The scrip describes Edward (the character) as this amazing hard braking beautifully guy.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> In present time Robert is very good looking, but not amazingly drop dead gorgeous as he looks in the movie. In the movie his face is simply PERFECTION. I know that some people may think is that\'s make up, or becuase of the fact he acted more serious in the movie. THAT IS WHAT I THOUGH AT FIRST. ..but is not. I\'m a photographer (by Hobie), and I photograph people. Faces are the center of my attention. Bo, im going to write a blog about this about this unintentional research i did. I have the photos i used to compare how the difference of weight in Robert makes a huge difference on his looks (face). If he stays skinny, his face looks just perfection of beauty, but problem is that his body stays skinny. If he gains weight his perfect face is gone, it turns into regular cute average joe face. >>>>> He knows he has this problem. This is why in one of the interviews he had (unscripted), he\'s constantly trying to hide his chin. He knows his angles and reason why he tried to stays skinny for the movie. I know a friend who told has the same exact problem. Her face looks very pretty skinny, but her boobs sort of disappear. If she i gains more weight she gets more booty and boobs, but her face looks not as great.. >>>

people have this problem. Robert looks right now are ok, but that amazing face from the movie (looks) are not there anymore.. i knew something was different.. Ok. if you want to check the rest of this research go to my blog (I\'ll write about it soon with pics). blog.bluemediaconsulting.com
