December 02, 2008She’s a writer, a comedian, an actress and a producer. Tina Fey has won five Emmys, a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award. She has also won her place, this month, on the cover of Vanity Fair. With all this awards, the only thing she’s lost is 35 pounds. The question is: how did she do it?
Media are loving the hilarious and sexy Tina Fey, especially now, after winning an Emmy for her role in “30 Rock” and the impersonation of the Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin . Fey has also signed a $5 million worth book deal with Little, Brown Book Group. All this work has certainly been keeping her in shape.
The 38-year-old actress counts on Weight Watchers to keep in fabulous shape. She admits she learned how to eat healthy and take care of her body at the age of 29. “Before, I used to be one of those people who wouldn’t eat anything all day, then eat a piece of cake at 4 p.m., McDonald’s at 10 p.m., and then go to bed, “said Fey.
Tina exercises regularly and religiously follows her diet plan. She eats plenty of vegetables and measures her portions every time she has a meal. Her “secret” to losing so much weight is exercise. The actress goes running with every chance she gets.
