The Secrets Behind Heidi Montag's Perfect Body

Heidi Montag is the talk of the town, as they say.  She eloped in Mexico a few weeks ago and got married to Spencer Pratt, which, these days, is still justifying the $8 ring and the crazy gesture.  But when you look at Heidi, a justification is no longer needed. She’s gorgeous.  What is there more to know, besides details about how she keeps that sexy body in shape?

 

The 22-year-old actress became famous due to her role in “The Hills” television show, which she got with the help of “Laguna Beach” star, Lauren Conrad.  And becoming famous meant being in the center of attention.  Newspapers are constantly writing articles about her lifestyle and her secrets to such an amazing body is always appealing to the public.

 

So, what does Heidi eat, drink and what are her tips on a great workout?  Heidi gets plenty of sleep, at least seven hours a night, and eats her meals at certain hours.  She always includes lean protein and vegetables in her 5-6 small meals, which she eats every day.

 

Heidi said she’s not on a diet and that’s because she doesn’t consider eating healthy a diet.  She eats ham on wheat sandwiches, sushi, egg whites in oatmeal and apples.  Also, Heidi prefers no to drink any alcohol.  When it comes to her workout routine, Heidi does a lot of basic exercises, like lunges and squats.  From these exercises, she says, she gets the best results.

 

The actress spends up to two hours in the gym and not 30 minutes because her workout is low on intensity.  Her trainer focuses more on the correctness of the exercises then on the amount.  She works out six days a week in order to maintain that perfect body.  So, her perfect figure is a result of a balanced diet and a healthy and consistent workout routine.
