December 17, 2008Cameron Diaz is known to have a perfect fit body. The actress used to be a model but starring opposite Jim Carrey is worth giving modeling up for. She was recently spotted at Shrek The Musical and Cameron was looking fabulous, with an almost “forever young”body. How is that possible?
The 36-year-old actress is considered one of the hottest women in Hollywood. Even is her natural slender physique has always helped her, Cameron understood she had to work out as much as possible if she wanted to be one of Charlie’s Angels . So, the actress went through a three-month martial arts training.
"It was the most intense thing I have ever done in my life. I made a decision that I would never let it get to a point where I forgot what it was like to be strong,” she explained.
Cameron also got the help of personal trainer Teddy Bass, with whom she work out five days a week. Teddy prefers to exercise outdoor, so he focuses on surfing, hiking and snow boarding.
When it comes to her diet , Cameron admits food is her biggest pleasure: “I love to eat. I love to cook. I love to feed people?” So, she must know very well which foods are good for her. If she craves for something, she doesn’t prohibit herself; she chooses to eat those “bad” foods in moderation. ”I used to be able to eat and drink anything I wanted - fried chicken, onion rings, half a bottle of wine - then go right to bed. But as you get older your insides rebel against you,” Cameron explained.
The fit actress never skips breakfast because, as she said, it’s something that helps her body function at its best. Her favorite breakfast, which she ate for months, every single day, is: garlic rice with broccoli, chicken or beek, eggs and lemon. “I started making it when I’d go surfing, because I could go out for four hours and not get hungry and have the energy I needed. And by the way, people would come over for breakfast all the time. It’s the best breakfast in the world,” said the actress.
