How to Look Great After 40? Tom Cruise's Borrowed Secrets

He’s got a million dollar smile and has played in movies that have broken box-office records almost every time. Tom Cruise has last participated at the premiere of “Valkyrie” , a movie in which he plays the role of Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg. The 46-year-old actor is still looking hot, but it’s no wonder considering his fabulous wife and him are best friends with the perfect Beckham’s.

 

The Hollywood superstar is constantly getting advice from soccer ace David Beckham. In just six weeks of dieting and exercising the Beckham way, the Top Gun star lost 10 pounds. Tom and David have been working out in the movie star’s private gym, in his home. Tom has “absorbed” David’s useful advices and began a strict low-calorie diet (1.200 calories per day), which included fish, grilled chicken and other healthy foods like vegetables and fruits.

 

The workout David put together for his movie star friend included treadmill, fencing and weight training. The motivation is simple: he turned 46 this summer and he is married to a 29-year-old woman, which is a great looking actress. So, gaining weight under these conditions is a bit unacceptable. Getting rid of the belly, which, by the way, reveals his age, seems the normal thing to do.

 

Also, gossipers have written that Tom got into yoga, and that he practices it every day for 90 minutes. The results are obvious. Three days ago, at the premiere of Valkyrie, Tom Cruise was looking better than ever.
