Tori Spelling Reveals: How to Lose Weight After Having a Baby?

Tori Spelling gave birth to her second child in June and since then she’s lost 22 pounds. Maybe it’s the motivation because it seems the actress is negotiation to come back as Donna Martin in the new version of 90210. Or maybe it’s just the pressure of being Aaron Spelling’s daughter.  But how did she lose so much weight?

 

NutriSystem diet plan and a few sessions of kickboxing can just do the trick. After just seven months, Tori Spelling is posing in bikini for the In Touch magazine.  Her main focus was to eat healthy. "I could've gotten here sooner if I was fanatical and worked out extensively every day, but I'm glad I didn't”, she said.

 

Her secret is the NutriSystem Nourish plan which is a flexible weight loss program that includes fiber-enriched and high protein goods such as low-fat and dairy products, and fruits. Tori’s daily calorie intake is 1,200.  She has a cinnamon bar and a fruit or yoghurt for breakfast, chicken salad for lunch and pizza for dinner. Sometimes she also adds a small salad or some steamed vegetables to dinner.

 

Her favorite snack is popcorn, which contains about 120 calories. The actress also works out at least three times a week with personal trainer Sam Levine. Her workout includes cardio, yoga and kickboxing. “We do a lot of kickboxing, work on the abs, squats and lunges”, she said.

 

Tori knows she still has to exercise hard to get into those skinny jeans, but sais  “I’m happy with the way I look. I don’t think about getting down to size 0 or a size 2 because that was before. I’m a mom now!”
