January 22, 2009Taylor Swift is becoming an emblematic name in the country music industry. The modest singer is happy to give autographs to her fans even if she’s not still accustomed to it. Swift’s album, “Fearless" has been No.1 on the U.S. pop album chart for seven weeks now and that sure is an accomplishment for a solo female vocalist. She not only has a great voice, but the singer is also hot, hot, hot. So, what’s her secret?
The 19-year-old singer avoids talking about her diet and workout secrets because she believes the focus should be on how hard she worked as a singer and not in the gym. But journalists are persistent so a few things we do know. Taylor practices yoga and drags her entire band, especially when they are on tour. That’s not only a good way to keep fit, but also helps them relax. She also goes jogging and takes long walks.
As for her diet, the young country singer eats healthy as rumors are that she’s been following the Raw Food Diet. Taylor says she doesn’t think that eating healthy means following a diet. ”Food is my moment of weakness, because I don’t diet. I don’t like it. For me, I would eat healthy, but I refuse to use the term “diet”,” explained the singer. “I’m happy with how I look and I’m not gonna you know…if I want to eat a cheeseburger, it’s going to happen,” she added.
The thing we know for sure is that she eats healthy. Fresh fruits, nuts, fish and vegetables are the main foods she eats. “I also carry my own salad dressing. It's raspberry-walnut vinaigrette from the grocery store,” said Taylor.
