Kate Winslet Under Pressure. The "Whatever I Want" Method
By Alice Mitchell, Project Weight Loss Editor
February 02, 2009

These days, not hearing and reading about Kate Winslet is news. It seems every movie contest out there is nominating or awarding her for her performance in the two movies: The Reader and Revolutionary Road. Every journalist is asking her about how she manages to stay in shape during this stressful time and her method is universal.

All this awards are getting to Kate and the brilliant actress has had to find a solution to cope with all this pressure. Kate told People Magazine that her special method during “stressful times” is eating whatever she wants followed by no exercise.

“To be honest with you, I’m more nervous through this award season than I have ever been before in my life," said Kate at the SAG awards. "I’m still not used to it at all. I’m not exercising at all, and I’m eating whatever I like. Pressure? Gone! That's how I'm going to get through it,” Kate explained.

Maybe this is no the best solution to release yourself from pressure, but considering Kate’s strict diet and workout until the awards, she deserves some “whatever I want” days. “At a certain point, when you achieve a lot of your goals and you can be proud of your work, you start to relax more about who you are, I don’t think I look too bad for a mother of two,” said Kate.
