February 06, 2009It has been confirmed! Sarah Jessica Parker aka Carry and her friends will reunite for a sequel of “Sex and the City”, the movie, said New Line Cinema spokeswoman Candice McDonough. Fans will get to see the new fancy dresses and, probably, the improved versions of the four beautiful actresses. Has Sarah been to the gym to keep her skinny figure in shape or is she just genetically slim?
“Frankly, I would rather have time with my friends and family than worry too much about certain things. I would definitely be more inclined to go to a dinner party than slave away in the gym. Food and people are life’s greatest pleasures,” explained Sarah. In spite of this, the slim actress does practice sports that help her keep in shape and tones her body. Instead of going to the gym, she prefers running and climbing stairs.
Sarah also practices yoga and Pilates, as she’s a Hollywood celebrity and it’s a must. When it comes to her diet, rumors are that she uses portion control. She said in an interview that she eats everything so probably Sarah eats small portions in order to keep her slim figure.
It has been written that she follows the Hamptons Diet, the Zone Diet and other more. Most probably she is following a low carb diet, cutting bread, potatoes and white rice out of her diet. She does cheat sometimes and her favorites are profiteroles, ice cream and cheesecake.
