Isla Fisher's Confessions on Weight Loss
By Alice Mitchell, Project Weight Loss Editor

"Confessions of a Shopaholic" has just been released last week and Isla Fisher, who played the role of Rebecca Bloomwood, is looking pretty good in the movie. Isla has given birth last year and, in just three weeks, all that baby weight was gone. What’s her secret?

It seems that the 33-year-old actress is defending “Confessions of a Shopaholic”, arguing that it might just give some advices on how to stay out of debts in the current economic climate. She’s not only confident about her movie, but also about her figure. After loosing 55 pounds of baby fat in a very short period of time, now she’s still taking care of her body. It’s not about losing weight anymore, it’s about staying fit.

Isla apparently argued that she’s not following a diet. Due to the fact that she’s still breastfeeding, the feeling of hunger doesn’t go away too fast. ”I’m still hungry. I’ll look at the dessert menu. I eat dessert. I’m terrible. […] I’m still breast-feeding. I’m only going to stop when she goes to university,” says Isla.

The actress says that her thin figure is because of good genes. ”My mum is little, and I’m fortunate that I don’t like eating junk food. I just don’t like the taste of it,” she says. When it comes to working out, Isla excludes herself from the majority of the Hollywood celebrities. ”I have never been a big fan of working out and I’ve never been a sporty person - I was always more of a book worm,” explains Isla.
