Ashlee Simpson's Pregnancy Weight Diet and Workout Plan

When she’s not defending her older sister from the media critics, Ashlee Simpson is preparing to lose the baby weight she’s gained during her pregnancy. The singer has about 30 pounds to lose and she’s ready to recuperate her old sexy body. What’s her plan?

 

Ashlee gave birth in November 2008 to a beautiful baby boy. Until now, her main concern was her new born and not the size of her pants, as she explained to the “critics”. “…carrying a child is the most inspiring, emotional, amazing experience of my life. My weight and my pant size are the absolute last thing I am concerned about. I am only concerned with having a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. People who talk and judge pregnant women’s weight need to get a life!!!,” Ashlee explained.

 

The singer is now following a pregnancy weight diet and workout plan. She is using NutriFit meals to lose weight, as they deliver meals that are healthy and low in calories. This way she doesn’t have to worry too much about cooking or counting calories. But her husband makes it harder on her, as he brings pizza for dinner and we all know that’s called temptation.

 

Ashlee, on the other hand, sticks to her diet and, even though she takes just a slice a pizza, she loads it with vegetables. As for her workout routine, the singer is practicing a mommy-and-me workout routine, which means that, while playing or doing different activities with her son, she’s also exercising. Ashlee is also following Jackie Keller’s 3—Day Body After Baby plan to lose weight.
