Holly Madison's New Focus: Eating Healthy

Holly Madison has been making drastic changes in her life lately. After leaving the Playboy Mansion and after breaking up with Criss Angel, Holly is now focusing only on her career. Rumors are that the sexy ex-bunny will appear in the new season of Dancing with the Stars. So, what’s she doing to keep her stunning figure in shape for her new appearance? Holly keeps it simple and she avoids calling her healthy eating habits a diet. “I’m not all about the starvation diets that some girls go on to lose weight quickly. When we first started filming The Girls Next Door, I was so serious about getting in shape fast! I worked out every single day and watched everything I put in my mouth and it was just miserable,” Holly explains. She likes to focus on eating healthy food, but not make an obsession out of it, as many other Hollywood celebrities do. “Now it’s more about me just being aware of what I eat but not being obsessed over it. I love to workout but I do fun things like hiking and yoga so it doesn’t seem like I’m working out at all,” said the ex-bunny. But what is it exactly that she eats? “I eat a lot of lean protein like chicken and fish and I always add a lot of vegetables and fruits. I don’t snack very often during the day and I keep my portion sizes small so I don’t overeat,” said Holly. Occasionally, she indulges herself with her favorites: cupcake, chocolate, and Diet Coke.
