New Year’s 2010 Resolutions: Try a Real Diet
By Alex Baran, Project Weight Loss Staff Writer
December 30, 2009

Have you written your resolutions yet? It’s almost 2010 – have you completed your goals for 2009? For those who want to lose weight, here’s a solution that prevents you to fail.

Generally speaking you need to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Everybody knows that. Well, do you know it’s not enough?

Do you usually overeat?

In this case, don’t skip meals. Use portion control. You should have three meals and a snack daily. If you have overate the day before you can’t fix it by skipping meals. What’s done is done – continue with three meals and a snack daily.

What keeps you full?

Vegetables and fruits are important for a weight loss program. Eating lots of them will help you feel full and have energy.

There’s no such thing as fast weight loss.

Or if it is, it’s not healthy. Your goal should be to lose weight safely. A new year begins so don’t hurry on losing weight.

No magic potions.

Weight loss pills or supplements might work, but there are small chances of delivering what have promised. If they promise you can eat whatever you want, are fake pills for sure.

Follow these diet tips and your healthy resolutions won’t fail, according to BASIL AND SPICE.
