An Index with Celebrities’ Diets

 After the winter holidays everybody wants to get back into shape and celebrities make no exception. In case you wonder what celebrities do to lose weight, here’s an index that might help you.

 

A – Atkins Diet

Jennifer Aniston and Renee Zellweger are among celebrities who followed this diet, according to mirror.co.uk. There are many ways to follow this diet, but it seems Jennifer likes the more relaxed Atkins diet.

 

B – Baby food ...

Reese Witherspoon and Marcia Cross can be called baby food dieters – they replaced two meals per day with a can of pureed baby food and one healthy adult meal.

... and Blood group diet Love

Martine McCutcheon followed this diet; it is believed that she has slimmed to a size 10 thanks to this diet. Blood Group As should be veggie, Os should eat meat, ABs and Bs should eat a varied diet.

 

C – Caffeine ...

Caprice, Cate Blanchett, Kim Basinger, Drew Barrymore, and Lara Flynn Boyle are fans of Diet Coke. Researchers found that drinking coffee before working out could help burn more fat.

... and Cabbage soup

Zoe Ball and Sarah Michelle Gellar ate cabbage soup for seven days along with vegetables, fruits, chicken, and fish.

 

D - Detox Diet Plan

Kate Moss, Sadie Frost, Juliette Binoche, and Patsy Kensit are believed to have followed celeb detox doctor Nish Joshi's treatments. A simple detox diet plan will only consist of light and easily digested foods. For instance, green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits that summer brings are great as they are low in calories and high in vitamins.

 

E - Emotional eating

Lucy-Jo Hudson slimmed down two dress sizes by defeating her emotional eating problem. Once you know why you are eating, it’s easy to overcome the issue.

 

F - Fruit juices

Sarah Jessica Parker, Katie Price, Alicia Silverstone, Madonna, and Gwyneth Paltrow followed this diet. The latest trend among Hollywood stars is the “lemonade” diet, a mixture of water, lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. Beyonce Knowles followed this diet in order to lose weight for the movie Dreamgirls. Jared Leto used it as well for the role of Mark Chapman in the movie Chapter 27.

 

G - Green tea

Christina Aguilera drinks green tea to keep her in shape.

 

H – Hypnotherapy

Lily Allen and Susan Hepburn chose hypnotherapy in order to lose weight.

 

R - Raw Food Diet

Demi Moore, Uma Thurman, and Donna Karan are believed to be raw food dieters.

 

S – Snacks

Cindy Crawford, Liz Hurley, and Hannah Waterman lost weight with healthy snacks.

 

T – Treats

Cheryl Cole, Mel B, Rita Simons, and Mischa Barton think treats are welcomed occasionally and keep them on track.
