Eat Eggs to Fight Weight Gain

New study suggests eating eggs can help people cut the calories. It doesn’t mean you should eat eggs all day to prevent gaining weight. But what does it mean?

 

You can control your caloric intake if you include eggs in your diet, says an article on oromoindex.com. Researchers from the University of Connecticut found through a new study that eating protein in the morning helps you manage hunger better throughout the day.

 

Eggs are a very good source of protein which consumed in the morning helps cut almost 18% of caloric intake. Previous studies also found that eggs useful in diets. Overweight individuals who eat eggs may lose weight faster than others who try to lose weight through other methods.

 

Eating eggs doesn’t just help you lose weight. It is beneficial to overall health. Eggs are good for eyes because they have lutein. They also contain vitamins D and A. You will be amazed to see how important they are for your health.

 

Vitamin D helps:

  • Maintain calcium balance
  • Aid Cell Differentiation
  • Boost Immunity
 

Vitamin A helps:

  • Eyes adjust to light changes
  • Reducing tissue and cellular damage
