Lily Allen Credits Hypno Diet, but Is That Diet Really Safe?

Hypno dieting is a way to lose weight using hypnosis. Have you been thinking about something else when driving to work, listening to someone, or just walking down the street? You do this every day probably without even noticing. Hypnosis is an enjoyable experience and not harmful at all, according to specialists in hypnosis. This is a safe therapy because it uses a naturally occurring state within the person. People may find it scary because they may not have control of their actions. Specialists say that persons’ awareness actually increases in hypnosis and every word said to them is realized.


Hypno dieting is about accepting that certain changes have to happen in your life. It is more of a lifestyle than just weight loss program. Its result may be seen only after a long period of time, but you may feel the benefits during the sessions, according to those who recommend it.

 

Susan Hepburn is the celebrity hypnotherapist who wrote the Nr.1 bestseller “Hypno Diet” book. She believes in the mindful eating that is why her sessions helped celebrities to lose weight and adopt a healthy lifestyle. Susan Hepburn points out that it is not just a diet, but training for a lifetime of healthy eating. She has clients from all over the world.

 

Although this may still be a controversial therapy, Lily Allen claims it actually worked for her: she dropped from size 12 to 8.

 

Lily Allen, who got in the top charts with Smile, said she had to lose weight after the doctors revealed she had heart murmur. They ordered her to get fit due to this heart condition. Before the hypnosis she did not exercise at all. She gives credit to this controversial therapy that removed the desire for eating fatty foods and drinking alcohol. She makes sure she goes to the gym three times a week and works out for at least an hour and a half.

 

This year the young singer looks slim and happy compared with the same period of the last year. Now Lily feels happier than ever and wants to be healthy and fit. This treatment although it is not a cheap one it is spreading all over the world. So, this therapy is about teaching you to give up junk food, alcohol, and other bad habits that destroy your health. It is about the power of thought and how can you control your life in order to achieve a healthy lifestyle. Please consult a specialist before starting any diet or fitness program.
