Reese Witherspoon`s diet now includes up to two servings of fruits and vegetables from six color groups: orange, green, blue, yellow, and purple. The combination is meant to assure all types of nutrients since each color contains certain minerals, antioxidants, and vitamins.
If anyone wondered what made Beyoncé look so great in “Dreamgirls”, then you should know that a mixture of lemon juice, cayenne pepper, maple syrup, and water did it. What Beyoncé did is not the healthiest approach for weight loss since she has consumed this beverage for days. Beyoncé herself said that she would not recommend her diet to anyone.
