By Alice Mitchell, Project Weight Loss Editor
January 27, 2009

Brad Pitt, recently nominated for his performance in “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button”, said he hopes to age as good as the character he played. Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie sure believed and maybe still believe he’ll stay hot forever. So, what does he do to still ensure that women magnetism?

"I doubt gravity and time will be that kind," Brad told People magazine on the red carpet. The actor playing Benjamin Button is competing in his category with actors Richard Jenkins, Franck Langella, Sean Penn, and Mickey Rourke.

Brad worked out a lot when preparing for his roles in Fight Club, Snatch, and Troy. His strong arms and ripped abs became the envy of most gym addicts. The most important health decisions he took were cutting back on chips and beer from his diet and giving up smoking. His diet was a high-protein and low-carbohydrates one.

When it comes to exercise, the sexy actor prepares with up to one year before filming the scenes. Most often, his personal trainer has him going to the gym every day, where he would work out for two-three hours. His daily routine consisted of: yoga, jogging, weightlifting, and swordplay.

His personal trainer had him working a muscle group a day. Also, he ate five to seven meals a day to have the energy to go through rough workouts. Before and after a workout, Brad ate a meal which included low-calorie products.
