Look Good Like Adam Lambert: Complete Guide
By Alex Baran, Project Weight Loss Staff Writer
April 29, 2009

As you already know – but just to make sure - Adam Lambert is one of those contestants on the eighth season of American Idol.  Judge Paula Abdul compares him with Michael Phelps.  You have to admit, he’s in a great shape.  It’s time to stop wondering what’s his secret and do something about it.  So what exactly can you do?

If you don’t like it, don’t stick to a fitness program just because you’ve heard it is efficient.  Choose some seriously fun for exercise.  There are four factors to get fit:  the fun factor, the fit factor, the victory factor, and the toleration factor.

The fun factor

Choose sports that you might find funny.  Here are some examples:  fencing (for the outfit; you can imagine one of the musketeers); jumping the trampoline (jumping it’s like flying; it might be terrifying, but there’s no other way to do it - you go really high and there is no other way).

The fit factor

Let’s say you’ll choose fencing – it is great for pre-ski fitness. Since you’re constantly lunging forward in attack or retreating, you have to admit it's also a good aerobic program. It’s best to choose a sport that works every muscle in your body, even those used when you smile. Don’t forget the thighs and bum – for those I recommend skating. It must be a sport that suits you. You can work harder if you have some skills.  You’re a Indian movies lover? Try Bollywoode dancing! It incorporates a range of moves and you'll work your whole body.

The victory factor

To get motivated try to set a goal, so you’ll do your best.  Set a score; compare yourself with someone more experienced; exercise with some friends; listen your favorite music while working out.

The toleration factor

Before choosing a sport you should read something about it. Make sure you have someone to exercise with.  See if you have suitable age or if your health allows you to practice that sport.  Think if you’re afraid of something that sport involves.
