Candace Cameron Bure's Weight Loss Success
By Alex Baran, Project Weight Loss Staff Writer
June 03, 2009

Candace Cameron Bure will return on TV in the new drama “Make It or Break It.”  The story is about young gymnasts who are fighting to win the Olympics.  Cameron will be the stepmother to one of the gymnasts.  Many of young viewers may not know the actress back in the ‘90s, when she was a little chubby.  Candace Cameron has changed a great deal since then.

The actress lost 22 pounds thanks to her latest exercise and diet routine after giving birth to three children.  She was helped by a trainer who was hired by her parents.  Now she plays tennis with her children and she is careful with her diet.

Scientists say tennis is one of the best sports to be played in order to remain healthy.  3 hours of tennis per week cuts the risk of death in half not matter what the cause may be.  Tennis players are higher in optimism, self-esteem, and vigor having a low level of anger, confusion, depression, tension, and anxiety.

Tennis generates new connections between nerves in the brain since requires tactical and alertness thinking.  Like I said before, this sport develops positive personality characteristics.  For Candace this is also a good way to burn calories because it helps the aerobic and anaerobic fitness program to burn fat, improve cardiovascular fitness, and maintain higher energy levels.  It helps muscles use oxygen efficiently.

It is a good way to improve your ability to accelerate and move quickly while you jump and sprint.  Another benefit of tennis is that it strengths the legs while starting and stopping when you hit the ball.

Tennis is also a character builder - it teaches you how to focus to solve the problems you may have in life.  Playing it, you learn to manage and minimize your mistakes in tennis, in time becoming a habit in real life as well.  Plus, it will force you to think strategies to defeat you opponent and anticipate his moves.
