Skinny Jeans Workout Success Revealed

The Skinny Jeans Workout is the newest fitness program designer by a personal fitness trainer of top celebrities, Lisa Goldenthal. The purpose of this new fitness program is to help women achieve their weight loss goals and, of course, "get back in our skinny jeans!” said Lisa.

 

It seems that this new program is designed especially for those of us who never have time to exercise, those who have demanding jobs, children, or other obligations. Lisa says that this fitness program requires minimum five minutes per day and along with a healthy diet it can lead to noticeable results in a month. Yes, it seems that even five minutes counts!

 

The Skinny Jeans Workout divides the exercises into two sections: section of exercises that don`t require a lot of time and people can easily fit into his/her busy schedule; it also includes multitaskers that allow people to work more than one muscle at the time and this way you can maximize the workout time, according to Lisa.

 

Besides this fitness program Lisa also recommends a brisk walk in the morning. The fitness program comes with a DVD which you can use while the kids are asleep or when you watch TV shows.

 

Lisa is the personal fitness trainer of many stars, models, busy executives with hectic schedules and moms who don`t usually have the time to go to a gym.

 

Remember, a healthy diet is a must for the Skinny Jeans Workout program.
