Demi Moore' Style to Get in Shape
By Alex Baran, Project Weight Loss Staff Writer
September 04, 2009

There’s a war going on between Demi Moore and Perez Hilton. Why? Because Hilton posted a picture with Tallulah Willis, the 15 year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore.

Demi Moore and Perez Hilton exchanged hard words on Twitter. It seems it wasn’t enough Hilton was mean to Moore, she also exchanged mean words with Ashton too. On Demi’ side is Kirstie Alley. This conflict may not end nicely.

Perez also accused Demi, Bruce and Ashton they’re not good parents, hard affirmations that he might pay for them. Demi Moore has always protected her girls and maintained a good relationship with Bruce Willis even after their marriage was over, for everybody’s sake.

Demi Moore can be considered a role model for many women, mothers and young girls. She has a great body and tries to give her daughter the best education.

To stay in shape the actress does Pilates, cardio, and yoga programs, according to People. Of course, she has a healthy diet too.

Pilates can be considered an education in body awareness on how to sit, move, and react in different situations. Besides many other benefits, Pilates teaches you how to build symmetry and coordination in your body. It helps you achieve a healthy, stronger back and body.

Cardio brings many benefits ass well – from weight loss to stronger heart and lungs, increased bone density, and reduced stress. Add reduced risk of some types of cancer and temporary relief from depression and anxiety and you’ll start cardio exercises right away.

Yoga increases flexibility and strength, but those are not the only benefits. Among them are stress relief and improved overall fitness.

This beauty secret of Demi Moore is recommended for women of all ages.
