While Kourtney Kardashian gave birth to a little boy, her sister, Khloe clarified she is not pregnant. Despite the rumors that she and her husband will have a child, the television star said they don’t want to start a family yet. Well, Khloe has an interesting life, so let’s concentrate on her fitness plan then. Khloe got married to Lamar Odom, a basketball player, in September. When you have an athlete in the family it’s not that hard to take care of your body. Khloe had some eating problems during her parents’ divorce, but she overcame that problem; now she is happy with her new look, according to Cincinnati Fitness Examiner. In order to have today’s great body, Khloe worked out almost 45 minutes, five days a week. She also had a proper diet. With a little bit of ambition, anything is possible, so here’s what you have to do to look hot like Khloe Kardashian: Exercise with a friend. Khloe admitted she couldn’t have done it without the help of her sister, Kim. Being supported by somebody close to you makes it easier and motivating. A balanced diet is important because it gives you energy to workout. Keeping a food journal will help you count calories and burn the extra fat. Exercising too much and eating too little might harm your health. Organize your schedule in advance so you can make time to go to the gym. Cooking food in advance can leave you more time for working out. Packing food helps you stick to your diet and avoid fast food. Don’t be hard on yourself if you had a bad day. You can get back on track tomorrow. Listen to what your body needs from you. If you’re too tired, it’s OK if you skip exercising one day; otherwise breakdown may occur.
