“Royal Pains” returns with a second season on USA Network in which Reshma Shetty stars as an ambitious physician assistant, Divya Katdare. In real life the actress has an interesting fitness plan, so let’s how she works out. Reshma exercises five days a week, doing something different each day, according to Celebrity Diet Doctor. On Mondays she has jump rope classes. You should know that jumping rope is not a risky exercise, but some precautions are needed: buy comfortable shoes and warm up before starting the workout. On Tuesdays the actress does Pilates. Pilates can be considered an education in body awareness on how to sit, move, and react in different situations. Besides many other benefits, Pilates teaches you how to build symmetry and coordination in your body. It helps you achieve a healthy, stronger back and body. If it’s Wednesday then Reshma Shetty is on her Physique 57 class. It is based on the Lotte Berk Method, a combination of stretching and strengthening muscles using equipment like a rubber ball and ballet bar. On Thursdays the actress takes spin class. Spinning is a cardio program of stationary cycling that helps you lose the extra weight and release the tension during the day. People need to go to the gym in order to practice this sport because there are bicycles specially designed for this sport. Last, but not least, on Saturdays she does core boot-camp workouts. Drew Barrymore also did these exercises to lose the baby weight. Reshma Shetty might have a rigorous fitness plan, but she works out various muscle groups and looks great. With so many health benefits fitness brings, it is worth giving a try. ©2010 Project Weight Loss. All rights reserved.
