Shed Off the Extra Pounds with Kangoo Jumps

Kangoo is a form of aerobics that is also a great way to lose weight. According to NASA specialists, work-outs that include jumps are among the most effective and useful exercises ever invented.  All you need to start exercising is a pair of special shoes. 

 

According to coaches, in just 10 minutes of doing Kangoo jumps you can burn up to 200 calories, meaning half of a Jack in the Box Cheeseburger or a portion of French fries. A simple calculation shows that in a single hour you could burn up to 1,200 calories. Jumping accelerates weight loss and tones the muscles, thus leading to the disappearance of cellulite in less than a month of training. In addition, jumping helps lift your buttocks in a short time because all the muscles are working at once.

 

Jumping trains most muscles of the body.  Besides the aerobics movement, this type of fitness is based on the qualities of its special shoes. They weigh two pounds and perfectly train your legs and the abdominal muscles. You can enjoy the benefits of shoes, but must maintain proper position during exercise. This means keeping your back straight, feet apart and buttock muscles tight. Also, keep the abdomen tight. In this way, you avoid being injured.  Moreover, these shoes protect against collision.

The jumping shoes can be used in other places besides the gym, as they have skid plate and can go on any surface. You can choose to buy them, rent them or go to the gym and enjoy the exercise.

 

According to NASA studies on the effects of jumping on our bodies, this is an excellent exercise for many senior citizens, some individuals with disabilities, others who are recuperating from an accident or an injury, or anyone else who needs exercise. There is no pressure over feet, ankles, or legs. Each part of the body is getting a great work out.
