The "Revolutionary Road" That Leads to a Healthy Life
By Alice Mitchell, Project Weight Loss Editor
October 02, 2008

After 11 years, Leonardo DiCaprio (Frank Wheeler) falls in love again with Kate Winslet (April Wheeler), in “Revolutionary Road”, directed by Sam Mendes. The movie has been released in the U.S. on 26 december 2008, but the rest of the world will enjoy the sequel of “Titanic” romance in January 2009.

Even though 11 years have passed since we’ve last seen them acting together, the five-time Oscar nominated actress Kate Winslet and the eco-friendly actor Leonardo DiCaprio, look as hot as before. And remember Kate Winslet has had a baby. She was selected Britain’s top “Yummy Mummy” because of her natural, curved body. The actress is one of few celebrities which refused to lose that baby fat by going on a strict diet. Kate is so not a dieter that she started suing every magazine that implied she was going on a diet. The “Titanic” movie star knows she is a role model for her feminine public so she expresses that having a curvy body is natural. Most of all, being happy with the way we look is the most important thing, she ads.

Moreover, it seems the actress has a diet plan that guarantees an unimaginable makeover and instant weight loss, and that “without counting calories or measuring foods”. The 33-year-old actress reveals her “Eternal Sunshine and Sensibility diet”, which she says is even safer than Atkins diet. “Whether you've outgrown your prom dress, your wedding dress, or your Oscar dress, eat a magazine. I suggest you begin with the weight-loss adverts. They're the most satisfying”, she advices.

Three years ago, Kate declared for the magazine “People”, in it’s annual Most Beautiful issue, that she knows she’s got a “real woman’s figure. It’s nice that it’s acknowledged and appreciated, that I refuse to conform”. She doesn’t starve herself but she stays fit eating healthy. Her few tips are: feel fresh by cutting bread and alcohol, run on the treadmill as often as you can, and relax by watching TV while exercising, walk, jog. The actress said that eating less and exercising more is the key to keeping fit.

When it comes to Leonardo DiCaprio and his classical good looks, there aren’t many secrets here. He works out in his eco-friendly apartment where he’s got a fitness center, with a yoga studio. He probably eats organic, healthy food. The conclusion: lead a healthy, non-starving eco-life.
