March 13, 2009Robert Pattinson will be on the cover of April's GQ issue and his image is cleaner and his hair washed. After his performance in Twilight, the gorgeous actor has his fans and the media at his feet because of his sincere but also mysterious self. So, what’s he doing right?
The young actor worked very hard to get in shape for the vampire part he played in Twilight. He wanted to build muscle mass so he was exercising three hours a day. That included practicing kickboxing and jogging. The results were not what he expected as he lost too much weight and that’s because he focused too much on exercising and forgot to eat.
One meal a day is definitely not enough. But then again, it can also be the lack of ambition. ”I think the problem is that I just didn't care. I think sports are stupid. But I'm terrible at baseball, I'm terrible at every sport apart from running. But I'm terrible at that now too. I look like a duck when I run,” said Robert.
He may have given up beer while trying to get six-pack abs but these days he’s got another addiction: Diet Coke. "I was just taking out my trash and I had, like, 300 cans of Diet Coke. I was just like, 'How did that happen?' I don't even remember buying them,” said Robert. "My addictions are pretty much the only things I consume," he adds.
