Lebanese Miss Michigan, Rima Fakih is the new Miss USA 2010. She has interesting ideas for a better life, so let’s see what her beliefs are. When asked what she thinks about paid birth control pills by health insurance, Fakis replied it’s a good idea because they’re expensive, according to one of Derrick Henry’s articles. Birth control pills are very effective especially when are taken every day, at the same time of the day, in order to keep the correct level of hormone in women’s bodies. These pills are made of hormones that should keep ovaries from releasing eggs. Another thing that birth control pills do is to thicken cervical mucus which blocks sperm. Unfortunately some women might confront with side-effects from this form of contraception, for example: nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness, and bleeding between periods. There are other methods of contraception too, so you should pick one that doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable or sick. It is recommended to talk to your doctor before choosing birth control pills or other ways of birth control methods. ©2010 Project Weight Loss. All rights reserved.
