Most celebrities seem to always stay in shape and have a great figure. But what is their weight loss secret and how different is it from the “usual” weight loss methods? Let`s find out! Kelly Clarkson, the first American Idol, managed to lose almost twenty pounds by eating frozen grapes as a sweet snack and running on a treadmill for almost two hours per day.
Everyone knows how much weight Britney Spears had gained during pregnancy. However, she lost almost fifty pounds after the baby`s birth by following a diet which consists of chicken and vegetables. Britney also started to swim besides her usual workout which includes Pilates and weight training. Rihanna also has a simple recipe for her good looks: diet and exercise. Her diet usually consists of eats egg whites and pineapple for breakfast, fish and vegetables for lunch, and fish again for dinner, according to the star herself. The artist claims to have 5’8’’ and 133 lbs and said that a personal trainer helps her achieve a “perfect body”. Avril Lavigne explains that her former angst was due to the fact that she was eating too many carbs. Most of the time, she has a vegan diet and she likes to cook soups and vegetarian dishes. However, she also needs to “gotta life” so she eats fast food once in a while. When it comes to Paris Hilton, McDonald`s or Taco Bell food products along with Red Bull are part of her own weight loss program. Jessica Simpson used to follow the Atkins diet, and now has a new diet and a two hours workout which includes lunges and squats. After quitting the Atkins diet, Jessica Simpson`s diet includes bread, Italian foods, salads, and cookie dough ice cream in moderate amounts.
