Many celebrities say that they stay in shape by simply jogging, or boast about how much they love junk food. But here are a few of their bizarre weight loss secrets:
One famous actress on set had only boiled eggs while filming of Cold Mountain. Her daily diet consisted of only one egg in the morning and two eggs for dinner. Apparently she is not alone.
David Kirsch, a famous celebrity trainer said a client of his ate only one meal per day. The meal consisted of two boiled eggs and the client was an actress who was getting ready for the Oscar Awards. However, David managed to persuade the actress to have some protein shake and vitamin supplements to her diet. When Paris Hilton went to the Nobu restaurant in New York all she asked for was mineral water. Actually, during the two hours meal, Paris consumed only water and Red Bull. Eyewitnesses say that a long time ago Marcia Cross had only fruit juice while dining with her husband in a restaurant.
The latest trend among Hollywood stars is the “lemonade” diet, a mixture of water, lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. Beyonce Knowles followed this diet in order to lose weight for the movie Dreamgirls. Jared Leto used it as well for the role of Mark Chapman in the movie Chapter 27. Nowadays, many celebrities take laxatives tea in order to lose weight. Britney Spears seem to be one of them. Britney has always admitted that she loves junk food. She has also been seen shopping for laxatives, smoking, and drinking coffee and Red Bulls.
