Hollywood Weight Loss Secrets

Eva Longoria is one of the most attractive Hollywood actresses and she has always impressed her fans with her great shape. Eva, along with Angelina Jolie, is a big fan of the appetite suppressant Hoodia. However, she also works out three times per week, one hour per day. Her workout includes squats, leg presses, treadmill, and lunges.

It seems that Uma Thurman stays in shape with a diet based on raw foods. Uma's diet includes raw meat, such as duck, venison, and beef. Her diet's basic idea is that raw foods may boost energy due to certain live enzymes. These enzymes are destroyed during cooking.

Heidi Klum managed to lose the baby weight by drinking high-protein meal-replacement shakes. However, Heidi also worked out a lot. Her fitness routine includes ninety minutes workouts per day, four days a week.

Demi Moore keeps a healthy body by drinking herbal teas and vitamins. Demi also uses Enuvia and Internal Cleanse. Between meals, she drinks herbal teas that make her feel fuller while the vitamins give her more energy.

Liz Hurley admitted that she is a big fan of watercress soup and this is how she stays in shape. When she wants to lose some weight, all she needs to do is drink at least six cups per day of watercress soup.

Although there is no proof that soups can lead to weight loss, dieters who choose a soup as a starter may choose a lower fat main course, according to researchers at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. However, soups made of cream are not included. Dieters should choose vegetables, minestrone, carrots, coriander, or Liz`s favorite, watercress.
