If you were wondering how Fergie keeps her great body, then you should know that she orders her meals and forces herself to have two tablespoons of apple cider per day. Apple cider vinegar has been used for more than 10,000 years as a remedy for a variety of health problems. However, this home remedy tonic may increase the rate of metabolism, block the fat formation, and break down fat.

 

Her pregnancy brought Tori Spelling almost forty extra-pounds. However, she managed to lose all the extra-weight and some more! It seems that her weight loss success is due to the new advanced Nutrasystem plan. Tori is also the new celebrity spokesmodel for the Nutrasystem Diet.

 

Claudia Schiffer sticks to a three meals per day diet which includes a dinner with salad and steamed vegetables. As a snack, Claudia has tomato juice, herbal tea, or black grapes. She also does not eat anything but fruits before lunch.
