We have all heard of The Zone diet, the Supermarket diet, the Master Cleanse diet, the Jenny Craig diet, the South Beach diet, or the Macrobiotic diet. These diets helped stars like Jennifer Lopez, Jessica Alba, Kirstie Alley, Jennifer Aniston, Beyonce, Madonna, and Oprah lose weight or stay in shape.

When she was acting for the “Friends”, Jennifer was following the Zone diet. The diet provides forty percent carbohydrates, thirty percent proteins, and thirty percent fat. The diet`s creators say that the proportions are very good for the metabolism.

Jessica Alba has been paying attention to her diet since she was only twelve years old. She says that she does not follow a certain diet, but she pays attention to portion sizes and makes healthy decisions when she goes shopping. Jessica does not consume sweets and she avoids red meat or bread.  Her diet consists mostly of chicken, vegetables, fruits, salads, and fish.

Beyonce is very appreciated for talent and everyone knows that she managed to lose a significant amount of weight for the movie “Dreamgirls”. The diet that helped her look so great is called the Master Cleanse diet.

Kirstie Alley followed the Jenny Craig diet since 2004 and managed to lose almost fifty-five pounds. Nowadays, Kirstie is trying to set up her own weight loss program which is expected to be available in 2009.

Jennifer Lopez said that the key to a perfect figure is to eat in moderate amounts. However, when she wants to lose some weight, all she does is avoid carbohydrates.
