Famous Diets for Famous People II

If you were wondering how stars such as Madonna, Oprah, Jessica Biel, or Gayle King managed to lose weight or show a great figure, then you should know that they used to follow or they are still following famous diets such as the Macrobiotic diet, the diet designed by Bob Greene, or the Three Hours diet.

 

Many people wondered how it is possible for a forty years old women with two children stay in shape and have such a great figure. Yes, we are talking about Madonna. It is no secret that Madonna is following a strict fitness program. However, the Macrobiotic diet along with her fitness routine seem to be Madonna`s beauty secret.

 

People are watching Oprah`s show for years. It seems that the queen of talk-shows has finally found a diet that works great for her. Thanks to the help of Bob Greene, Oprah started to follow a diet rich in proteins, fruits, and vegetables, that also limits the amount sugar, carbohydrates, and alcohol intake. Also, she does not eat before bedtime.

 

Jessica Biel followed a strict diet that forbids sugar, dairy products, flour, and salt in order to look great for her role in the movie “Blade”. Jessica also had a few meals per day which consisted of small amounts of food, a diet similar to the Three Hours diet.

 

Like her friend Oprah, Gayle King tried many diets in order to lose weight but the best solution was to keep a food diary. This way, she managed to cut the snacks and reduce her calorie intake.
