Jessica Alba, the Everlasting Sex Symbol
By Neil Stadford, Project Weight Loss Editor Diet
May 27, 2008

Jessica Alba is still considered by many the most sexiest woman alive. Obviously, she either has some miraculous methods to stay in shape, nor she was simply born this way, and never had to worry.  Some tend to believe that she was indeed born perfect.  Well, if that is true, then it’s only half of the truth.  The other half consists of some nice little secrets.

People always wonder if Jessica has ever been on a diet.  She has told reporters that she has been on a diet since she was twelve years old. The reason for this was even more surprising. She mentioned that every single member of her family is heavily overweight. Because of this, she wanted to be healthier, and so, she started to cook for herself since she was twelve. This clever method helped her greatly throughout the years, because this way she always knew exactly what she ate.

Her breakfast usually consists of an omelet and fruit. Sometimes she also has cottage cheese combined with a peach. The choice for lunch is always a salad. No exception. Candidates for dinner are, of course, vegetables, chicken or fish. She also eats dry fruits or frozen yogurt during the day. Another important thing is that she never really eats desserts or bread, which is a very big advantage for her body.

She works out every single day, for forty-five minutes or sometimes an hour. The first fifteen minutes are dedicated to treadmills or elliptical machine, in order to get her heart rate up to 180. Lunges and crunches are next, fifty each. The next ten minutes she gets back on the machine. Finally, she works her shoulders, biceps and triceps. Four sets.

She admits that working out is very important for her, because she feels good about herself this way.Working out is indeed very important, but combined with and effective and intelligent diet, it can truly do miracoles, even without being born perfect.
