The Healthy Lifestyle of Jennifer Lopez

As any other famous Hollywood superstar, Jennifer Lopez has been frequently asked if she works out everyday in order to keep her body in such a great shape. Surprisingly, she said that she doesn’t need to work out everyday. Instead, she said that balance is more important to her now. So, what else is there?


When asked, Jennifer said that she was indeed into hard physical training when she was younger, but not anymore.
She still does weights and cardio, but she is careful to take a soft and feminine approach. Sometimes she feels like working out and sometimes she doesn’t, but she is convinced that these are just normal women’s stuff.


Another important thing is that she watches what she eats. This way she knows exactly what’s good for her and what’s bad. But of course, like any other human being, she sometimes allows temptation to take over. If she wants to lose weight, the rule is simple. She just cuts carbohydrates from the diet. Not that it could really be called a diet, because her most interesting secret is that she eats almost everything. With moderation, of course. In her opinion, you can live quite healthy without a special diet, if you are intelligent and know when to stop. A little bit of everything should do the trick.


Apart from this, she never drinks and never smokes. And especially no drugs. Her mother made sure to let her know how bad those things are for the body, and somehow it stuck with her.


She also needs to relax and have a good time. Besides spa treatments and massages, which cannot be afforded daily, she also loves to dance, sleep and do nothing. She mentioned that Miami is the place that gets her into a very special mood.
