Christina Aguilera’s Mysterious Ways

Christina Aguilera, the twenty-eight year old pop star, has always been full of surprises. By always modifying her hair color and her style, she has many times proven to be an ever-changing image on stage. But now, the biggest surprise of them all shocked everyone. She has gained weight!

 

Surprisingly, Christina stated that she eats healthier now. So everyone wondered how was it possible for her to gain weight. The truth was soon revealed. In fact, she really wanted to gain weight in a healthy way in order to boost her much needed stamina for the summer tour.

 

After all, this is the first time she has ever considered nutrition tips. Her diet is quite simple for a few reasons. First of all, she doesn’t need any exercise, because her performance on stage night after night covers all physical training. Tours are really like an athletic competition. A star requires endless energy for an intense performance, and can burn between two thousand and four thousand calories a night. So the only thing that Christina really needs is healthier nutrition for more energy when she’s dancing.

 

Although she loves junk food, she has made compromises and now eats fast-food only once a week. She also has a private chef that makes healthier versions of any type of food she likes. More important is the fact that she is proud of her new look. She likes having legs and a tush.

 

Some still think that being skinny is all that matters, but this is far from the truth. For optimal results, there must always be a balance.
