Megan Fox: The Newest Sex Symbol
By Neil Stadford, Project Weight Loss Editor Diet June 16, 2008
Recently after completing the movie Transformers, Megan Fox was quoted as being the most beautiful woman in the world. Maybe the statement is a bit over the top. Or perhaps it isn’t. Who knows? Regardless of the truth, many women are probably feeling at least a little envious right now. So perhaps, in light of recent events, you would like to know a bit more about Megan’s lifestyle.
Probably everyone is convinced that Megan loves to workout. This would be the only logical conclusion after seeing her body. A body that does not look easy to keep in shape. But, paradoxally, the truth is completely the other way around. Megan is extremely lazy and hates to workout. She hired a personal trainer that comes to her three times a week. Not only that she doesn’t even leave the house in the process, but many times the trainer can’t even convince her to do her routine. She would remain in the exact same spot.
But, on the other hand, when she decides to workout, she does a flawless job. She spends thirty minutes with cardio. Some of her warm-up movements are butterfly crunches and front planks. Then she works her upper part of the body with knee-ups, leg swings and ball leg lifts. In the end, she mixes her cardio routine with Pilates or cycling for about forty-five minutes.
Regarding her diet, one really important secret is that she tries to eat a very healthy breakfast in order to gain a lot of energy and also to prevent overeating later on. She usually eats eggs every day, and she also eats almonds, because they contain protein, fiber and vitamin E. As for the rest, she tries to eat as many fruits and veggies as she can, in order to keep her full.
