She is considered to be the world`s hottest female model at the moment. She is one of Victoria`s Secret Angels and has recently launched Victoria’s Secret Biofit Uplift line. Adriana was discovered at the age of thirteen by a model scout while she was shopping at a local mall in Brazil. She moved to The Big Apple when she was fifteen and since then she has been helping a lot of orphans in Brazil, as she grew up without any siblings. The life of a super model is hard to handle sometimes, but it looks like Adriana is one of the people who take what life has to offer. She is one of the highest paid celebrities, according to Forbes. But what does it take for a girl like her to stay in shape and look stunning at every appearance? We all wonder what celebs do in order to look great at all times. Well, now is the time to reveal Adriana`s Lima diet and workout secrets. In order to avoid putting on weight Adriana is really natural. She was raised in Brazil and that life style is something she will never give up to. Her weight loss program is based on the portion control diet, a diet which lets her eat whatever she wants in small amounts, but capable of satisfying her lust for food. Adriana`s favorite workout program is made off Capoeira and other cardio – exercises, something like Tae – bo. Capoeira is a traditional Brazilian type of martial arts which combines dancing, acrobatics, music and choreographed fighting. She also loves to jump rope and sometimes working out her muscles too. The cardio elements she introduces in her regular workout help her stay fit and have a great body tonus. “I try to control what I eat, but the truth is I can’t. I tried to give up meat last week, but I only lasted three days. I just couldn’t do it. I love meat, chocolate, and cakes. For the moment I like my body. I don’t think it’s the best one, but I don’t have anything I don’t like about it-yet. I’ve never been to the gym. I do nothing.” Her only secrets she feels like sharing with us are: plenty of sleep and lots of water. ©2008 Project Weight Loss. All rights reserved.
