Or least it seems so. Britney works hard for her career comeback after she has gained the right to see her children. Her efforts are also focused on her health and being a healthy role model for her children. In exclusive photoshoots for OK!Magazine Britney impressed with her lean figure. The first step was to follow a healthy diet that would help her get back in shape. And so it did. She gave up Frappuccinos, one of her favorite beverages, sugars, and now she is trying to stick to her 1,200 calorie limit. Her diet includes chicken, salmon, rice, and sometimes turkey burgers for lunch. Usually, she has white eggs for breakfast. Britney consumes avocados but tries to avoid fruits and even fruit juices due to the fact that the singer needs to cut out all sugar from her diet. Britney looks to be very pleased about her new, healthier lifestyle and says that she has never felt healthier in her life. She also considers that her 1,200 calories intake per day is enough “if you eat the right things.” The star also goes to the gym regularly, five days a week, where she has a cardio workout and lifts weights. Her commitment to getting back in shape and doing lifestyle changes in order to be healthier is highly appreciated by trainers like Adam Cronin who sustain that a healthy way to lose weight may be a vigorous weight loss program that makes you lose large amounts of fat in a small period of time. ©2008 Project Weight Loss.
