September 15, 2008 This year many celebrities have fulfilled their dream of becoming mommies. Halle Berry, Salma Hayek, and Christina Aguilera are just a few of them. The pregnancy brought them a few extra-pounds but they managed to recover their great figure in no time.
For instance, Salma Hayek said she is paying more attention to her diet, in order to have benefic effects on her baby as well. Plus, she is also having an intense physical activity. Salma is the only star who admitted that is difficult to lose weight after a pregnancy, so her weight loss method can be considered slow but safe.
Mel B is a mom again. However, she works out for an hour and half, six times a day, and that`s how she has recovered her figure. The singer is practicing Capoeira – a Brazilian style of martial arts, and yoga. The result is incredible!
Jennifer gained forty-eight pounds during her pregnancy. In order to get back in shape after giving birth, J Lo followed a workout program with the famous instructor Gunna Peterson for almost thirty minutes per day, three times per week.
The secret for Halle Berry seems to be an intense workout. While she was pregnant, Halle practiced swimming and now she goes to the gym five times per week, and she spends there almost an hour. She does a cardio workout, kickboxing, climbing, or stepper exercises. Her personal trainer is Ramona Braganza, one of the most famous instructors from Hollywood who also works with Jessica Alba.
Christina Aguilera lost the pregnancy weight after working out for five times a day, ninety minutes each session. Christina also gave up white bread. Her favorite exercises are boxing and cardio exercises.
