Gwyneth Paltrow's Interesting Lifestyle
By Alex Baran, Project Weight Loss Staff Writer

Hollywood’ stars like Gwyneth Paltrow, Jennifer Aniston, Madonna, Demi Moore, Dita Von Teese, and Lucy Liu have teamed up with Ferragamo, Italian fashion house, to raise money for helping rebuild L’Aquila, Italy. The stars gave up their Ferragamo bags for an international auction.

Gwyneth Paltrow is a successful, pretty and internationally admired actress. Still, she complains about her lifestyle: The actress is stressed because she has to be a good actress, a good mother, and a good cook. Bottom of line she’s stressed because she has to do a lot as once. This doesn’t mean there’s no solution for it. Gwyneth practices yoga and her favorite pose is Baddha Konasana.

The actress also followed a detox diet. This includes mostly liquids such as soups and juices. Obviously, this is a very-low calorie diet, with less than 1,000 calories a day. In the first week she had to avoid: dairy, sugar, meat, grains with gluten, fatty nuts, potatoes, eggplant, tomatoes and a few other “bad” foods.

No wonder Gwyneth Paltrow is a great actress. Her mom, Blythe Danner, is an actress and her dad, Bruce, was a director.

When she had to move to Los Angeles for a few months to star in ‘Iron Man 2’ she felt mother guilt because her son said he didn’t want to move from London. Of course she tried to point out the positives telling him about all the fun he would have in L.A.
