July 27, 2009 “Entourage” is a dramedy broadcast on HBO. It’s about Vincent Chase and his friends, getting to know how things work in Hollywood. Jerry Ferrara plays Turtle which lives his perfect life and stays loyal to Vince Chase, a young movie star. Jerry Ferrara surprised people with his weight loss. How did he do it?
According to ifitandhealthy.com, his girlfriend, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, explained him that being overweight is not healthy, so now he eats healthy and works out. “She told him in the nicest way that being overweight is not healthy.”
Jerry Ferrara’s nutrition is all about fresh organic fruit and veggies. A diet with seasonal fruits and vegetables is great for weight loss, especially if they are organic. Fresh organic food has about 50% more minerals, vitamins, enzymes, and other important micro-nutrients.
As his workout program, he does push-ups and crunches, along with hiking in the Runyan Canyon. Push-ups are great because they work the chest, triceps, biceps, forearms, hands, shoulders, traps, lower and upper back. They also help the abs, feet, and strengthen the heart muscles. Push-ups don’t require going to the gym or any other equipment and they can be done anywhere, anytime. Isn’t this great?
Crunches bring many benefits too, but their visible effects differ from person to person. By doing crunches you can get some shape and definition in abdominal muscles.
The most common benefits of hiking are weight loss, decrease of the blood pressure, improvement of bone density (prevent osteoporosis), and relieve of back pain.
Jerry Ferrara shows you that losing weight is easy, cheap, and sometimes fun and exciting. Who says celebrities pay lots of money to lose weight?
