“Love Happens” is a new romance that emphasizes emotions and not love at first sight. The cast was carefully chosen and the story is highly emotional. Jennifer Aniston plays “Eloise Chandler,” a Seattle single who is unlucky in love. Aaron Eckhart is “Burke”, a widower and a best-selling author, and Judy Greer plays “Marty.” Both movies and in real life love happens when people feel confident about themselves, in other words they’re beautiful inside and outside their body, which in these times I don’t know what`s harder to achieve. Since a positive attitude is strong related to nutrition and physical activity, let’s see what these stars do in order to look good, have a good impression about them, and fall in love. Aaron Eckhart likes simple life, according to Men’s Health. The actor has a big ranch north of Los Angeles with no phone lines. “As I get older, I get simpler. The simpler life is for me, the better life is for me. L.A. and New York can seem crowded and small real fast. This is a way to spread out a little bit,” said Eckhart. He likes running on the beach, hiking, surfing, taking trips to his other ranch in Montana, and playing guitar. Nature and physical activity seem to be his answer to a healthy lifestyle. Jennifer Aniston is a fan of exercise and likes to mix and continuously change her workout routine. Practicing yoga is a must in the actress’s life. Plus, she’s got one of the best yoga instructors there is: Mandy Ingber. He designs private yoga lesson for the actress so boredom is not an issue when it comes to her thrice-weekly yoga routine. The actress also does cardio, treadmill, usually before her yoga session. Jennifer’s preference is Mexican food. As for her favorite snack, she likes tortilla chips. People need to drink too, so Jennifer’s favorite drinks are margaritas. She was on the Zone Diet for several years, but things changed a while ago. Recently Aniston hired a sister duo to cook her favorite meals and still achieve her nutrition goals. Judy Greer is not keeping inferior. Judy has a balanced diet by practicing portion control.
