Kim Kardashian`s Weight Loss Tips

Reality star Kim Kardashian has always looked great, but what does she do exactly in order to keep her curvy figure in shape?
Since Kim has never denied how much she loves unhealthy food and she was surprised having doughnuts, a taco, KFC, and a cheeseburger, it seems that her weight loss secret lies in her fitness program.
On her blog, Kim shares some parts of her fitness program. She says that she goes to the gym 3-5 times a week and she works more on her tights and butt. Her workout program starts with running 2 miles on the treadmill, which takes her about 30 minutes, then she lifts weights for another 30 minutes. When it comes to lifting weights, she alternates between working on her arms and legs. Next, she does many stomach exercises and stretching. But Kim doesn`t stop after the gym! She says that once she gets home, she always does leg lifts, squats, and lunges.
Former Miss USA Shanna Moakler once called Kim Kardashian a fat donkey but the reality star, who also released a DVD called “Fit in Your Jeans by Friday”, has a great body.
Kim also says on her blog that it`s not all about working out, and that she is more careful with her diet: less junk-food, more proteins, hardly any sodas, and not so many sweets.
Kim`s advice is don`t be shy, work with what you have, and embrace your true body form, 'cause that is where true beauty comes from.
