Steak in Cheese Fur
By Neil Stadford, Project Weight Loss Editor - Diet
March 19, 2009

The traditional pork steak may represent a delicious ingredient for the Christmas meal. All you need is 2.20 pounds of pork chops, 14 ounces of cheese cubes, two eggs, three ounces of butter, spices, salt, pepper, four glasses of white wine, laurel, and ienibahar.

You will also need a bag of rucola salad, two tablespoons of olive oil, one tablespoon of vinegar, and assorted vegetables.

Notch the meat and sprinkle it with stake spices, salt, and pepper then put it in a pan along with a few leafs of laurel and ienibahar berries. Place the pan in the heated oven and cook it for up to seventy minutes to medium heat. After the first twenty minutes, pour a little wine with water over the meat at each ten minutes.

After the seventy minutes, prepare the cheese fur. Fuse the cheese in bain-marie, add the eggs and butter and mix it well. What you have to do next is to put the mixture on the meat until it is completely covered and put it back in the oven. The cooking should continue until the cheese is stiffened and has a golden color. This steak works great sote vegetables and rucola salad.

The preparation time for this recipe is up to two hours and you may obtain six portions with 450 calories per serving. The calories are calculated for a diet of 2.000 calories per day.
