September 03, 2009 Like many other celebrities, Jennifer Aniston was on the Zone Diet for several years, but things changed a while ago. If you think about this you’ll realize it’s hard to stay on the same diet for many years, so a change was welcomed.
The actress hired a sister duo to cook her favorite meals and still achieve her nutrition goals, according to Examiner. Jennifer’s preference is Mexican food. As for her favorite snack, she likes tortilla chips. People need to drink too, so Jennifer’s favorite drinks are margaritas.
Talking about Mexican food, here’s a low-fat Mexican recipe that comes great as topping for beef, chicken, and fish: Corn Salsa; 6 serves.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked corn kernels or thawed frozen sweet corn
- 1/4 cup of finely chopped sweet onion
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1 medium tomato, seeded chopped
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
Instructions
Combine cut or thawed corn, onion, tomato, and pepper in a medium bowl; add the lime juice and cilantro. Then toss well. That’s all! Put it to fridge until it’s served.
